One of the smartest ways, when we need to be extraordinary in what we do, is to meet and talk to people who are human, inspirational and have proven record in delivering outstanding work.
Simply put, to learn from those who are masters in their field. We need to not only listen to them but to have a conversation with them.
Do you crave to have a conversation with the authors of exceptional campaigns that work?
Do you want to know what is behind? How were they able to come up with such solutions and realise them? What are their process and approach? How they build a relationship with clients that allow producing outstanding output?
Are you interested in what and how they do to be excellent as individuals, teams and agency?
Develop with those who excel in the field.
Do you want to understand better what is behind outstanding campaigns, and what is essential for creating and delivering exceptional work that work?
Are you interested in how to build a client/agency relationship that produces outstanding output?
Do you desire to improve your creative thinking and find new/better solutions at what you do?
Learn from those who excel in that.
“LEVEL UP with” is an interactive 2hour long forum for a small group of professionals (max 20 people) consisting of two parts.
In the first part, we are going to learn from selected campaigns of our speakers and discuss how to create extraordinary work that brings excellent business results.
In the second part, we are going to focus on the journey to excellence (as a person, a team, and an agency) and our speakers will share their thoughts, practical tips and recommendations.
The essential part of the forum is a conversation with you. Ask whatever you are interested in, and you get open and honest answers.
Speakers pick some campaigns as examples and share their key learnings.

We kick-off our series with Nadja & Nick from AMV BBDO. They are a creative duo behind some of the groundbreaking works from past years.
We are a creative company who believe in the power of creativity to drive a competitive advantage for our clients. Operating with passion, integrity and civility, we work with large well-known brands and ambitious challengers.
AMV BBDO specialises in creating and bringing to life powerful brand platforms that can be executed through any channel, in any market and remain relevant year after year.
We firmly believe in the link between creativity and effectiveness.
Together Nadja & Nick have created genre-bending, culture-shaping work that has won multiple Cannes Grand Prix’s and Titaniums. They’re also the proud owners of a D&AD Black Pencil and have work displayed in the permanent collections of the British Museum and the Design Museum.
They are the team behind #Bloodnormal, for Bodyform/Libresse. The global campaign broke down decades of toxic shame, made normality revolutionary and became the first ad to show period blood instead of blue liquid.
They Creatively Directed The Trash Isles in partnership with LadBible and the Plastic Oceans Foundation. Rather than making an ad, they helped make a country out of the pacific garbage patch. With so many “citizens” signing up it quickly had a population almost the size of Iceland (with Dame Judy Dench appointing herself Queen).
From writing the influential Guinness Sapeurs film and documentary they now run the account globally, where they recently rebranded boring old tap water into a sexy new product, “Guinness Clear” for the brand’s responsible drinking initiative.
Whether they’re part of the team turning worthless Zimbabwean dollars into billboards, helping create a new country out of ocean rubbish, having a Met Police podcast reach no. 2 on the iTunes charts, writing documentaries about Congolese dandies, or defying broadcasters to help make periods normal, N&N strive to make visually striking work that has meaning, breaks the mould and has cultural impact.
